This Gouda style is cellar aged for 12+ months, producing a rich cheese with bold flavor. Smooth texture with a gentle nuttiness.

Lion's Mane Mushroom Cake     15

This umami-laden mushroom patty (lion's mane mushrooms from Mycopolitan) resembles a crab cake in appearance and texture, but the flavor is all earth. Pan seared and served over a bed of local, lightly dressed arugula. Topped with our samurai sauce made with house mayo, sambal, and créme fraiche.
