Merry Goat Round (Firefly Farms, Accident, MD) Pasteurized Goat milk. Camember-style with a soft, bloomy rind. Delicate tang and a clean, earthy flavor.
Birchrun Blue (Birchrun Hill Farms, Chester Springs, PA) Cow, raw. Semi-soft blue cheese. mild, peppery flavors.
